I’m the founder and the proud owner of Suit Lounge

My name is Nick Chohan.

We opened up and started the business in May 2009.

We are a family owned business.

 

OUR SERVICES

 

Here at Suit Lounge we exclusively specialise in men’s Wedding Suits as well as, Men’s Business Suits and Personal Custom and Made to Measure Service. All outside tailoring, alterations, and repairs to clothes for men and women. We showcase and offer well over 150 different types of suit options in an array of all sorts of different kinds of fabrics, cloth's, and patterns.

 

We also offer a traveling tailoring service where We will come out to you in the comfort of your own home or office. We also offer an out-of-hours service for our clients especially wedding parties which must be booked in advance.

A warm welcome awaits you when you enter our showroom we will ask you to take a seat followed by a nice cup of tea or coffee. This is how we start our Consultation with all our clients. We always enjoy sitting down with our clients first to get acquainted with them and then discuss with them exactly what they are looking for and find out exactly what the suit is for, it all starts with a discussion about the client.

 

MY EXPERIENCE

My experience in menswear and tailoring dates back 24 years. I learnt my craft in men’s tailoring and suiting when I worked at Ciro Citterio where I worked for 10 years

in the Suit department. This is where my passion for tailoring came to life and exciting wonderful life in the world of tailoring began and I’m still doing it right down to this very day. After working at Ciro Citterio I worked in Europe for a textile and fabric company manufacturing and designing suits.

MY GOALS AND CLIENTS

 

All of my clients are equally important to me and I love meeting new people every day. It’s such a joy to meet such a variety of different kinds of people.

I especially enjoy meeting Brides & Grooms it’s so much fun and a truly exciting experience in helping them choose their wedding suits. My main aim and goal is to always give my clients what they are looking for. And most importantly what they deserve is

a friendly service, my undivided attention, my honesty, and that I deliver what I’ve promised on time.

 

These are my ultimate and core values, and standards when it comes to customer satisfaction and experience that they will tell others about.

 

Over the past 12 years, I am happy to say that most of my loyal clients have now become very close and dear friends. I have been invited to so many of their weddings it’s just so nice to receive such lovely invitations, and I have attended whenever possible. I feel I have become their personal tailor and friend.

I truly do value and appreciate all my clients who follow me and faithfully recommend me to others. 

 

IN HOUSE TAILORS

 

My tailors and I have a combined total of 60 years of experience in men’s and women’s tailoring. From running the day to day side of the business, I also personally work daily with all my team from styling, measuring up, cutting fabrics, sewing, and stitching. We always measure twice and cut once.

 

We have our own workshop and do everything in-house.

We also tailor suits from any other shop that you may have bought your suit from no matter what brand it is, we welcome all outside work.

I am extremely confident that you will enjoy your experience with us when you are picking and choosing your suit.

I personally know and fully understand what it feels like when you are looking for a suit.

It can sometimes feel a little bit daunting and overwhelming, you may be thinking for example - what cloth & fabric should I pick? What is appropriate black-tie attire? How do I tie a double Windsor knot? What is the difference between a tailored fit suit and a slim fit suit?

 

That’s why I am here to assist and explain everything to you when it comes to dressing up appropriately. It truly is an art. We will go through the finer details, we will guide you, and style you to your own personal preference.

This is where our years of knowledge, expertise and experience comes in.
